Thought Overflow

I have returned. Yes, I have rejoined the blogging community. About time! I figured since I got a new last name (married my stud!), relocated, changed jobs, and (maybe the most obvious) abandoned my previous blog, I might as well start clean. Changes are good, right?

Let's reconnect [in fragments]...
New last name. On October 16, 2010, I married the man of my dreams. I walked down the aisle, he shed a tear, we promised forever, and we said "I do." We flew to Venice, we jumped on a big ship, we learned about the Italian culture and put our feet in the waters of Greece, we dressed up and slept late, and we took too many photos. We headed to OUR home. We play outside, play Scrabble, decorate, cook, and live in our home. We are happy!

Job. New job. Job hunt. Experienced my first "big girl" job at an SEO company, got married, and God provided. New job at an agency, only temporary, and God still provided. Substitute teachin'-career searchin'-graduate school applyin'-prayin' fool.

Active. Joined a running club, test my strength, train for races, meet new people who are also crazy enough to pay money to run. Run and bike with D on the trail, ready for tennis, and always looking to try the next activity.

Learning to budget. Paid for and attend Financial Peace University classes, developed a working budget, sticking to a working budget, using envelopes like crazy, and working together.

...this fragmental mess doesn't hit everything, but I can't give it all away on the first post, right? We're having fun and taking time to thank God for His blessings and blessed by His guidance. Our hearts are overflowing...
